Welcome to “Home Therapy with, Anita Yokota,” the podcast where we delve deep into the art of letting go, breaking free, and finding our happy places right at home. As your friendly therapist-turned-interior-designer, Anita spills the matcha on all things home and mental health.
She’ll be sitting down with the dynamic home, health, and wellness personalities we all adore, and together they’’ll peel back the layers on toxic wellness, as we kick those limiting beliefs to the curb. This is not your average home podcast; it’s the therapy session you didn’t know your living room needed.
We’re not just talking about throw pillows and paint colors here; we’re delving into the heart of it all. From the highs and lows of wellness journeys to those breakthrough moments that leave you feeling like you’ve cracked the code, The Home Therapy pod has it all.
Expect a rollercoaster of topics, from the lighthearted and hilarious to the deep and introspective. Anita’s not holding back – it’s like a heart-to-heart chat with your BFF who just happens to be a therapist and a designer.
