Can you believe July is almost here? The world is opening up and I am excited that I get to invite more friends over to my backyard this summer. As an avid foodie, summer means more time cooking outside. I decided to throw a summer BBQ with my family and friends and we had a blast using some amazing goodies provided by Walmart.

To prepare for the BBQ, I created a lounge area in my backyard for my friends to gather and relax. Once everything was set, I started grilling! 

We used an amazing cast iron grill, barbeque tools kit, bamboo cutting board, and meat thermometer from Walmart to make the PERFECT burger. It was juicy, flavorful, and our guests loved it. 

Walmart is definitely one of my new favorite go-to’s when it comes to hosting family BBQ. They have everything you need and then some! I also appreciate their promise of affordable prices to their shoppers everywhere. Now that 4th of July is just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to get to Walmart early and get prepared for your summer BBQ!

Some of my guests favorite items from the BBQ were the brewmaster beer mugs, plaid napkins, and thyme & table kitchen mortar. 

Also, summer time is a time for creativity under the sun! And my girls LOVE to tie dye. To prep for the BBQ we tie dyed table linens to use as decoration! I love how simple DIY accents can give your outdoor space a fresh, summery feel.
