End of summer means lots of end of season sales going on! Since I’m constantly designing furniture plans for clients, I thought it would be cool to share my home decor sale finds with you!
By the way, all these items aren’t sponsored. I love genuinely sharing good design deals with you whether they are sponsored or not. So let’s go right into it shall we? Here’s my best furniture finds for the end of summer!
Home Decor Sale: West Elm
West Elm holds a very special place in my heart. Their Front and Main blog was the first to feature my home and I’ve been so grateful. I really love everything about their furniture design, price point and easily accessible. They have an incredible sale that ends tonight Monday August 26, 2019!

Every corner needs seating. I am convinced of this. So for my Real Simple living room, you will see this Book Nook armchair in the corner. It’s super comfy! Right now it’s 40% off until tonight! So don’t waste anymore time my friend, this one is too good to pass up.

While we’re chatting about reading corners, I think this Bone Side table is perfect right next to it. It’s always nice to add a small side table so you can lay your books to read there. Or of course wine and apps for guests when you’re having a party. This table is under $200 and I’ve seen it in stores. Very sturdy and pretty for a clean and modern space.

Next you might as well add a floor lamp! The holy trinity for reading corners are a comfy chair, side table and lighting. But it sometimes can get tricky to fit all three into a corner!
Well lucky you! I found something really cool for tight spaces. Take a look at this angled Outline Floor lamp at 40% off!
See the angled base? It can easily fit into a corner on one side. I love good design for small spaces, don’t you?
Home Decor Sale: All Modern
Another source that provides great home decor sale items is All Modern. Their end of summer sale includes rugs that are up to 70% off. Here are some that I think you can’t miss out on. My goal for this rug round up was to find under $200 8×10 rugs. That.is.a.steal.

You guys. This Terracotta rug originally was $800 and now it’s $166.99 for an 8×10!!
I have a very creative intuition and I know this one is a beauty in any home. Doesn’t matter what style or color your current space is. This gorgeous rug will elevate it. I know it would elevate mine! And the fall colors will carry you through all the way into spring season!
Next is this Scandinavian graphic styled rug that is also indoor/outdoor. I love using indoor/outdoor rugs because the versatility is invaluable if you have pets, kids and messy adults. Easy to clean up and super durable!
It’s only $129 for an 8×10 and indoor/outdoor. Crazy good!

This Blue rug has the exact same pattern that I have seen on high end designer shops. Yet this 8×10 is 64% off for $127!
Home Decor Sale: McGee & Co.
I love McGee & Co. decor items for my clients and my home! They are definitely on the high end price point. But when it’s on sale, you gotta grab things you love. What I noticed is that some things are definitely worth the splurge. When you love something, you end up using it over and over again forever. If it’s too inq expense and you are buying things just for the sake of it being on sale, there’s no respect for it. And you know what happens, it ends up in your closet unused and eventually tossed.
So here are some tried and the items that I know you will love and use forever!
Fall is the best time for a front entry refresh. What is better than a doormat?
I love this fern doormat this is simple yet very refined.
Guess what. It’s under $40!!

My fave way to add layers on the front porch is layering your door mat with a pretty rug underneath.

And how can I resist baskets on sale? As I’m writing this, my cart is filling up with the items I’m finding for you. Talk about work hazards!

Baskets are seriously infinitely functional and always aesthetically pleasing. Black and white consistently provides a natural pattern that won’t clash with other colors you have in your home. You have my guarantee on this fact!
I have a secret to tell you. I have an obsession with turkish linen kitchen tea towels and I found these at a steal for $19!!

The beautiful thing about the tea towels is that they are also very pretty in your bathroom as well! I use for them for photo shoots all the time and it instantly gives your space an inviting textural face lift.
These Norcross hand towels are forest green and I anticipate using them for the holidays alot!
Two for $37 including tax is NOT BAD for high end towels like these. SO excited!!
From great furniture to small decor, I hope I’ve given you some great ideas for your ongoing quest for great design!
I can’t wait to show you more as Labor Day sales will be coming up in a few days!
Happy day!
